Weekly Rates May 31 - August 30 For up to six people, including babies and children, $1,500 per week plus $100
for each additional person, up to a maximum of eight people. Rented from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning.
Regular 2008 Rates (Non-Summer)
Weekly Rates August 31 - May 30 For up to six people, including babies and children, $1,000 per week plus $100
for each additional person, up to a maximum of eight people. Rented from Saturday afternoon to Saturday morning.

Payment Policies For Summer rentals a deposit of $600 (A $400 security deposit and $200 home deposit) is required
when a reservation is made. For Non-Summer Week rentals a deposit of $500 (A $300 security deposit and $200 home deposit) is required
when a reservation is made. 50% of the remaining balance will be due 10 weeks before
arrival and the other 50% will be required 4 weeks prior to arrival. If a reservation is made with less than 10 weeks of the reservation date, then full payment may be required depending on the time frame.
The refundable security deposit is required. This security deposit will be refunded in
full provided no damage has been done, trash and recyclables are disposed of properly, and the house is vacated by
checkout time.
If for some reason any renting party would not be able to make their stay, all non-security deposits will be forfeighted. Only the security deposit will be refunded.
For a week rental, Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. on the first day rented. Check-out
time is 11:00 A.M. on the last day.
